Sorry if this has been asked before. I looked through the archived Q&As, and did a search of the wiki, but couldn't really find what I was looking for.
1. Are past lives available to all PCs, and do potential stories / references about past lives need to be PSF'd?
I imagine Ose-Bori having names and their own personalities. However, what is the norm, if there is any? Have they been RP'd much? Do PC's name them, or is this call handled creatively by the poster and therefore all stories and bond relationships different?
I am a little confused on how to go about trying to get my pre-threading history to include an initiation into domain magic. Specifically, I would love to write, IC, the story of my char's initiation, rather than just including it in my character sheet.

I may be missing it as I read through them, but does the sight granted by Attunement skills like omnivision and projection count towards the sight required to cast portals in the Rupture magic? (Assuming that it is still within the range of the Rupturers ability to cast portals.)
I'm somewhat confused about overstepping. When it comes to reviewing threads, I can usually tell if someone's overstepping relatively easily (it tends to be quite obvious in most cases); I seem to have a harder time when it comes to my own threads though for some reason. The way I see it, most of the time you get one wp unless it's a long thread or there's a long build up. Could skills like persuasion and negotiation at a high level boost up that base value to more than one wp? Is this idea more suited for a capstone?
