Cold Cycle 725

It's Cold Cycle time, and we're well into the end portion of 725 with 726 looming.

We've seen a bit of a flurry of activity, and new interest this past cycle, with the Floating Island over Scalv which was a huuuuge event. Kudos to Peg for running that madly successful event....
