Inspiring Leadership

A Leadership Capstone of Faith Augustin this capstone does the following:

Inspiring Leadership: Faith's leadership skills have developed through absolute hard work and determination and she steps up to leadership roles only when needed to help others. It is this which makes her an inspirational leader to those who are in her employ, or who she is in a leadership capacity for. Due to this, they are more than prepared to go the extra mile for their shared goals. She manages to lead groups of enormous numbers and, somehow, make it feel personal for them. Those who follow Faith are devoted to her. Therefore, they work as tirelessly as she does. The practical output of this is that her followers function as though they were one level higher in whatever key skill she is tasking them to use. This enhanced aptitude for her followers is available as long as Faith has been around the same location as her followers, within the same season to give them their tasks. Driven by passion and fuelled by loyalty, they exceed expectations because they are inspired to do so.
