For something like that, I would say that while yes, any of the shadows involved could be a weapon shadow, you'd still be limited to how many weapons you properly know how to use at once. Granted, there are likely several captstones and abilities out in the wild that could affect that, but especially once you get enough custom powers from varying sources rubbing together, it gets extremely to give an answer without knowing all the abilities involved, so at a baseline, you would only be able to wield as many direct weapons as you know how to.
