Tracker for Elowen's Anak Haunting/Diri Bonding:

1. Introduce the presence of the anak, drawn by a concentration of its concept.
2. Establish the anak's strengthening by demonstrating the concentration of concept, and mounting build up of concept and ephemera thereof.
3. Establish a connection between Elowen and the Anak, either through possession, or through (in)direct interaction by Elowen's production of the concept.
4. Catalyzing situation where Elowen's actions lead to a shifting of concept. A significant paradigm shift in the situation that gave rise to the spirit shifting to a slightly different concept.
5. The Spirit expresses some turbulence in the shifting of the concept, perhaps it resists the change, or is driven away, or else embraces the change as a natural evolution of the situation.
6. A catalyzing situation where Elowen becomes indispensable to the spirit. Becomes much more a focus in its sights.
7. A final act or event where Elowen becomes the spirit's one anchor in the midst of an antithesis of its concept. Perhaps she learns too much about her past, and it latches onto her to preserve its existence, now as a curiosity spirit rather than an intrigue spirit.
8. Final introduction betweeen the diri and Elowen, resolution.

Summarize how it satisfies any or all conditions of this step(s): This anak appears as the two swords for hire speak of Elowen as a Spirit child and show interest in her and the supposed power/knowledge she is meant to have. Elowen also on her part has approached the place out of curiosity after hearing sounds and being lost in the Woods. Her curiosity only got more peaked as she listened and took a quick look at what was happening (she was in hiding).
How does this impact the Spirit's evolution: This starts the anak's journey with Elowen.

Summarize how it satisfies any or all conditions of this step(s): The anak interacts with Elowen through touch to nudge in a direction to ask more question (of herself and others) to further generate intrigue or curiosity in herself, or others.
How does this impact the Spirit's evolution: The anak of intrigue feels a strong pull towards curiosity. It finds Elowen to be a good anchor with many aspects of her life being shrouded in many questions and unknown.

Summarize how it satisfies any or all conditions of this step(s): Elowen's solidifies her focus on her origins - who was her father. Who are the underchildren. She experiences an intense need to know. The anak senses that among all the other emotions but knows it is unable to properly 'manipulate' the girl to achieve more ephemera of its concept unless it is stronger. So it teases it out more out of the girl and shifts, attaching itself to her goals of finding out about her origins etc.
How does this impact the Spirit's evolution: It turns from anak to diri in this thread.

Okay the anak has changed to diri and bonded to Elowen. however, introductions are in order, as are solidification of the bond. So the next thread involving the spirit should be the culmination of all that. In steps 7 where it's deprived of its concept and latches onto her fully. Actually i kinda feel like this thread satisfies that, so maybe this one is good enough for step 7. So all that remains is step 8. Introductions. As such, the diri is as follows. I've omitted the sight power, because that is too broad for an entry-level diri familiar, it's more of an adored-exalted level power. The second and third power you formed were good though, so here's the write-up of the creature as I see it and as outlined in the ticket: Name: Curio Purpose: Discoverer of the hidden (it exists to bring light to things unknown from secrets about the natural world to forgotten places or even hidden truths. It drives individuals to seek out mysteries, to wander where others won’t, to reveal knowledge lost to time or obscurity and to constantly question the world around them [hello potential paranoia]). Personality: Curio is constantly wondering about everything. He is like a three-year-old with interests in metaphysics. Curio speaks only in questions and tends to run a near constant commentary on everything he sees. To him, the world is filled with things to be discovered and understood be that from 'how do birds fly' to 'is every grain of sand the same' (and then going to the lengths of looking at every single grain of sand). He may have a tendency to get distracted especially if another more intriguing thing pops up. Abilities: Whiffing - The diri can tease out faint, truthful impressions when Elowen encounters something unknown. These impressions can be a scent in the air, a soft sound, a smoke of an idea about the true nature of what is being seen or experienced, giving Elowen subtle clues to drive her further to discover the full extent of the facts. Can be used 3 times per trial. Unraveling threads (Dormant for now. Pursue more threads to feed the diri's concept and submit to unlock this once you have indulged the diri enough)- When faced with something puzzling or uncertain, the diri can help guide Elowen to sense “threads” of hidden connections, leading her to ask the right questions or follow a line of reasoning that gradually reveals deeper truths. This ability challenges the girl's perceptions. Can be used once per trial.
