Question about effigy breath weapons. Such as poison breath and fear breath from Kuvarakh. If the bearer wants to dispel the effects of those breath weapons at any point, can they do so? Cut their duration short? Thanks.

Also same question about generally any power that has a duration. Does the bearer have absolute control over them? Or can they run sorta wild.
