I have some questions regarding the mark of Zuuda, specifically the despised level curse.
Ohhhh, I like these! I've just put up the last version (I hope) of Zuuda. So, these were SUPER well timed.
What would happen if the cursed was given two commands that directly contradicted each other? Such as if one person ordered them to destroy something and the other ordered them to do everything in their power to protect it?
Well, I guess that would be an ethical dilemma for the cursed to deal with? I mean - if someone works for / serves a group, they can get conflicting orders, same with an ideal. I think, make a story of it.
What would happen if the person was given an order they could not feasibly accomplish, like run to the other side of the world without stopping.
They'd be compelled to try. Once they collapsed from exhaustion, they'd have failed.
Must the orders be given and received vocally? If so what would happen if the cursed simply covered their ears?
I think they have to be "received" in some way. So, the emphasis should be on the cursed understanding the instruction / request / order.
What could a player do if another player took advantage of this curse to make the player do something that is unfair to them? Like give them their magic items or force them to drop out of a thread?
We would always hope that players can work out things between them but, with any PvP, staff are happy to mediate as needed.
If a person gave them a direct order but did not actually want them to obey it, such as if they were joking or being sarcastic, would the mark still activate?
I think this also falls under the "depends on what they understand" rather than "depends on what the individual saying it means"
That make sense?
