I noticed that there are some mechanics where you're allowed to add extra skill points over 250/250, such as renown rewards and immortal blessings. My question is why would you want to do that? It doesn't make much sense to me so I thought I thought I'd ask!

Somehow I got it in my head that Revealed mages cannot initiate other mages. However, when I tried to find the information on the wiki, I couldn't find anything to that effect.

How many mages can a revealed mage initiate, if they can initiate?

When a necromancer becomes competent, it's said that they can develop a new custom thrall that is different from other types and existing templates and modifiers. Do you need to roleplay developing this undead first, or submit the new undead to the CTW forum first?
