In Ashan of arc 721, Elliot was assigned to evaluate the mental health of Flame Trooper Balthazar Black and to come up with a therapy program to help treat him- an assignment that will prove more difficult for him than any before. Elliot lives in Almund with a small family he does not often talk about. He is a simple healer, looking to make his way in the world and help as many people as he can along the way.

I like the NPC - but two issues for me.

1. We don't need the detail about Balth in there, since it's a city NPC - and actually, someone who works as a therapist is likely to have seen / worked with people who are much more difficult to deal with that Balth. That lot can all come out.

2. I'm thinking that they'd send someone with an Immortal mark - I'm thinking that actually, since Balth lied by omission and misrepresented events in the trial - that would be someone with Gwelliph and Sevrath. That will need to be put in as being restricted use needing mod approval to use - so he would then become a "Mod Input" NPC with clear guidelines that mark abilities can not be used unless a mod's ok'd it and never for personal gain etc.

Alrighty chopped out the Balth line and replaced it with a line about him earning the marks through his work for the Order. I figured he’d be able to do the job without the marks so I don’t see harm adding them.
