The sound of people echoed into the small room Wald was trapped in, the light that came in was bright as compared to under the structure. A long mist came from the man's lips as he looked over to the other side. The figure of a man could be seen, at least this time it would be a more familiar fight. Though his eyes would slowly quark over to the seating, the board was changed in their numbers. 3 to 1.5. Odds still in the others favor. It could be assumed that the person on the other side was tough, or the group was still evaluating Wald.
Soon enough the booming voice spoke over the crowd. "Now, lets get the introductions done Ladies and Gentlemen." Wald could not tell where the voice came from, though he did not try hard to find it. "We have on one side, the man beast himself, Aethelred." A tilt of the head as he looked back to the other cage. Man beast? Would that mean Lotharro, Wald had not meet many of them before.
"On the other side, our newest addition." Wald started to look around, seeing if there was a way to hop the wall somewhere. "He had an upset in his last match, Wald." Wald did not get a fancy introduction, so that must mean they are still testing him. How long would it take for him to get sold off, that may be his best chance to get back home.
Wald's stomach began to growl, as he moved to hold his gut. A hunger was beginning to take hold, and it was unlikely to subside. The gate would begin to lower in front of him. Wald took two slow steps out of the cage, though he saw a blurry visage of a man charging him. His eyes opened wide, as it was like he was being charged by a bear. Thinking quickly he hopped off to the side, narrowly avoiding the charging man. There was no talking to this man, Wald had no choice but to fight.
The man lunged at Wald, as the hunter fell to his hand and knees. The man grabbed hold of air, as Wald lunged back into his lower abdomen. He tried to force the man down, but the man stopped Wald's attempted after planting his feet.
Wald began to get his back pummeled by the man above him. Gritting his teeth, Wald shot his head up, cracking the other's jaw. His teeth wanted to rattle, but his gritting kept them from bouncing. The man held his mouth as he backed away, blood dripped from his mouth. Wald's hand began to stretch, and his fingers curled into a structure that was not quite a fist.
Swinging to the man's face, Wald was getting ready to grip into his ear. Though his arm was caught, getting locked into place. The Lotharro's eyes looked to be raged filled, as he flipped Wald onto his stomach against the ground. Wald's free hand gripped into the sand, as the other was twisted behind his back. Wald twisted his arm to throw sand right into the man's eyes. Causing him to let go, allowing Wald to grab hold of the man's legs.
Getting a hard grip into the man's flesh, Wald began to roll on the ground with him. A chunk of the man's calf was pulled, before Wald walked away slowly breathing heavily. The man was bleeding badly, Wald's arm still numb from the grip the Lotharro had. "That is the match." The voice thundered through with the crowd, as Wald scanned the arena around him. Trying to find a place to escape from before he could be dragged back under. He could not find a way out, so before the guards forced him with whips, he simply walked back to the room. Not wanting to go through more pain then needed.
