As a result of events in

this post, Rafael Warrick is officially deceased. As such, the player is now requesting a Succession Package for one of their new PCs.

EDIT: Just noticed that Rafael's CS doesn't contain his skills (forgot to put those back up after a CS redesign). I have them in some file at home and can put them back up, but there wasn't much special there. The only skills worth noticing for Rafael were Tactics at Expert and Blades at Master. The rest was a mix of competent and novice skills.
As per our guidelines for Succession Characters, found
here, we'll put it to a poll. It'll be open for exactly a week, closing again on May 25th, and everyone's allowed to vote in it. Please cast your vote before the deadline, and once it's reached, the player will be sent their Succession Package, sealing Rafael's fate.
