Tactical Advantage to Sweetsong - maybe an addition to Military as this makes our existing military much more efficient?

I agree, tactics should have an impact on this. I would LIKE to see this become an edit to the Tactics skill itself, which I my propose following this, but in the meantime, I would like to suggest that on the back of Vega's specific Tactics Capstones and level of skill in Tactics, she can consider the Military of any settlement she calls her own to be doubled in strength.

The military for this settlement is considered to be doubled at all times (while Vega is it's leader). Please track this as a note to this effect, i.e. do not simply double your current value, please track the genuine base value and note that when applying it to a situation, it should first be doubled. This will aid in ongoing manipulation of the settlement's Military value and ongoing growth.

This is where the Pirate King joins Sweetsong permanently. So, this is the "showing that he's here via RP" bit.
-24 to Order (the Pirate King + 24 pirates as per the thread) then +1 to Order (for doing something trustworthy and showing the settlers that she's careful about who joins). So total is -24
+25 to population (I'd think some of these would add to military might? Maybe? Reviewer's discretion).

Here is the Order impact I would like to suggest (see the end of my mod note for a final total):
-25 to Order (as per the guide for new population).
+1 to Order (as per the guide for proving your doing 'the right thing').
-10 to order: This is a unique one, sorry, but -1 order for an ordinary stranger joining a settlement is fine normally, but these are (IMO) not 'normal people' and are likely to a) be seen to be Pirates that just spent a season killing their friends (I know they 'came to the rescue' in reality, but quite frankly, animosity does not follow sense) b) themselves coming out of living a life as a pirate, whether that is now over or not. I draw this akin to the -10 issued when Faerie hit Sweetsong... They bring a lot of 'baggage' that an average settler probably does not.
I urge you most genuinely to feel very welcome to seek a second opinion or DM me if you feel this is not fair.
"Military - How many of your settlers have military training and / or act in a military role."
As things stand, I cannot 'assume' any of the pirates are acting in a 'military role' perhaps if they get enlisted in a future thread to do so, then that would resolve this.
I would expect many (probably most) to have combat skills, perhaps even good ones, and I presume this qualifies as 'Military training' (I do not interpret 'military training' as being limited to rank in an army for example). However we have no detail on how many of these people have this or to what degree.
This being so, I would be happy to offer +10 military on the assumption that a) most of them might be able to fight and b) these people would also be WILLING to follow orders and fight.
To be clear, I recognise this to be a conservative value and if you can either thread more established military involvement of the 25 or some kind of approved NPC Skill List/Breakdown for this Settlement NPC Group that gives us a better idea of how many could act in combat, then I'd be happy to adjust this figure for you.

Five workshops in a single thread is a tall ask, but as the buildings were all there and I remember you doing other threads on some of these over the past, I think I remember brewing at the very least, I decided to let it pass.
Do please note however, that the linked write-up does not detail how many workshops there were. 5 seems like plenty, so as if this point, your 'spare' workshops are now all used up and to add any more would require additional buildings to be built.
