The various dragon forms at the very top of each effigy capstone doesn't specify a duration. Is a character that has earned that power able to hold the form itself indefinitely?
Also does Kuvarakh's shadow merge come with a duration, or can one hold that form indefinitely? Basically can we assume persistent powers that don't state a duration have none?

Pretty much, yeah. If a duration isn't stated, it can be assumed you can hold that power indefinitely.
