• From 31th Ymiden I can write dreams in Emea again
• The rules for Dreamwalking allows me to self-moderate initiation to Dreamwalking
• I can write a dream where my PC discovers Lucid Dreaming and then ask for DW as reward in the review request

Can we still learn new flaying specializations after the 31st, or is that only during the Fall and never after?
