About throwing a brush head at Tristan's brother then attacking him with the handle? Knocking his other brother over the head with a dagger and threatening to pin his friend to the wall by his entrails? I meant them all and that was in defence of a man who owned me." Briefly, she reached up and stroked his cheek. "Not the man I love. For him, I'd charge at an Immortal on a rooftop without thinking and woe betide any jealous little snot who thinks he's messing with just one of us. We come as a package and at least one of us is a lunatic."

They both knew it and that was part of what made it fun, she supposed. Once they were outside, she returned his kiss and went about her afternoon list of things to do, which had been expanded to include a shopping trip. She had a quieter afternoon than him, she knew, so she worked it around that, by the time he got home there were new clothes in the wardrobe and a neat pile of other supplies on his side of the bed.

Haha, great thread, you two! Padraig and Faith have such an intimate relationship, and you can really see it in the every day, commonplace things they do together. They're beautifully protective of each other in a way that feels true, and I enjoy their matter-of-fact manner of speaking mixed with their individual quirkiness.
