Ok, so one at a time.

I'd like to see the Guild, the Phoenix, the Council and any other political organizations filled out or made more accessible.

Could you clarify for me, please? Do you mean filled out as in given more information or filled out as in filled with pcs?

In terms of being more accessible. Hmm. That's tricky. The council has offices, people are able to visit them and can apply for a job there without an issue. The other two are kind of secret organisations which make it hard for people to find them. How would you like to see them made more accessible? Sorry for asking questions, but it would help out no end if you could give me some examples of what you mean? Thanks!

Just some suggestions for Gunvorton.

Since it’s a growing trade area and you plan to have warehouses, a stable might be nice.
Places to keep the mounts that will ship arrived goods inland.
Also the port would be very important. Maybe an administrations office for organizing arriving sea vessels.

Lastly, Gunvorton is spelled as “Gunvortan” on the table of contents of the Lore page. A minor thing, I know.

So. This was the week that was. Aegis and I have had a chat and we have come to the conclusion that this is a good idea. Having a "Development Wish List" which players can add to seems to have given a number of us some good focus. So, we're going to do that.
