The thought of Cyrus acting as a therapist was not such a strange one, to Faith's mind. For those who needed the help, truly needed it, he'd be there and would be an excellent source of support. On the other hand, he'd take no prisoners in terms of those who were just wasting time. Maybe, she considered, that was actually a really good thing. Still, Faith thought with a smile to herself, she wasn't going to be the one to suggest it to him.
The idea of a wedding in Desnind appealed to Faith enormously. Her eyes told that and, when he said that they could get wed there Faith beamed. It sounded wonderful, she loved the idea and she nodded as Kura said that it sounded more like them than something elaborate and over organised. She could only agree with their friend. Less so, though, when Kura assured them that they'd be excellent parents. She held on to Padraig's hand and she turned her attention to him. He would be an excellent father, Faith had no doubt. Her own skills, though, were sorely lacking. But then, that would always be the case.
It was the reunion between Kura and Cally, though, which caused Faith to simply step back, letting them have their time. In truth, she'd like to be able to disappear and leave the two of them to their reunion; they were outside of that, here, her and Padraig, and Cally and Kura needed that time. She put her arm around Padraig and leaned against him slightly, sitting next to him on the couch. Her face was paler than usual after doing that and she felt a little dizzy for a moment or two. Not that it mattered, it was worth it, but she leaned against him and just closed her eyes for a moment. Padraig would be worried, she did not doubt, but she squeezed his hand reassuringly. By the time that Cally turned and hugged them both, Faith was more recovered and returned the gesture. "We'll do it more than once every ten arcs, Cally. I promise you." It was a temporary solution at best, Faith knew and so she had to keep working on a permanent one.
However, Kura told them about the threat that she was fighting against, or at least preparing for, and Faith nodded. "Maybe it was Oscillus. Because if that alliance between Lisirra, Audrae, Aelig," Faith managed to sound like she wanted to spit just as she said his name, "well, if that had worked, then it's possible that the world would already be a very very different place. Or maybe it's still to come." She rubbed her temple, the manipulation of ectoplasm in that way was incredibly draining and, in her current pregnant state she was tired anyhow. "So, we need to be prepared and we need to be ready. Killing yourself by pushing yourself too hard will help no one." If there was any irony in Faith's words, she didn't know it. In truth, though, she wanted nothing more than to go home and have a sleep, but she wasn't going to do that in the middle of the trial.
