The Butcher’s Block
The Clarkes have always run a classy establishment, boasting only the freshest of meats and an impressive list of wines. The dining room is full of mostly intimate tables (four or less) with a few large round tables, and can seat a total of 55 people. Off in a cozy corner towards the back of the dining room is an elevated platform with a large harp. Most nights, the harp is being played and the player is often joined by a singer.
There is also a single private room off to the right filled with similar furniture that can seat up to 30. On the right wall is a small bar with a few barstools where drinks are made. In the back is the kitchen where the meat is freshly cut and cooked. The Butcher’s Block is open for both lunch and dinner.

He oversees the other bartenders in the restaurant and also serves as security should, for some reason, a situation get out of hand, though such things are rare here. He is also responsible for making the house beer. He is usually very serious, but his co-workers claim that he also has a very lighthearted side.
