Description. A stoutly built graybeard man, middle aged. He's one of the founding members of the SOCS, and hosts many of their meetings at his old house in the Gleam. He enjoys discussing the softer sciences such as philosophy and psychology with his fellows. Far less pragmatic and seeing himself as more of a visionary. He isn't afraid to confront daring ideas head on, and rarely shuts down ideas from the onset. He's the quintessential open-mind.
There are rumors and gossip regarding his marriage with Madame Olga Dolizar, that it's merely an arrangement of convenience and little more. and it's even rumored that he's taken Julos Amaroz as a lover. He was a well-regarded patron of the arts and entertainment scene of Quacia before the war. Now he spends much of his days discussing high-minded ideas with his fellow members of the SOCS.

Description: A fresh faced man. His youthful appearance is more owing to the fact that he rarely expresses himself outwardly. It's even said of him, with no small amount of humor, through vicious gossip that he will not even crack a smile while dancing, his face as still as a statue even during love-making. That said, he has many offers for marriage from many a young lady. He entertains many of them, but little comes of their brief courtships. It's felt that he does so more out of a sense of propriety than any sincere interest in pursuing a wife.
He is also a founding member of SOCS, along with Filipe Dolizar. Although he is regarded as a man of intelligence, he rarely speaks during these meetings, content most of the time to listen and absorb what is said through their duration.

Description: Unlike Filipe and Julos' more clandestine dalliance with each other, Olga has a highly publicized and widely known relationship with the now deceased Duke of the Lair. It's even rumored that her daughter, Augusta Dolizar, is the illegitimate product of their long affair.
Nonetheless, she has been protected from scrutiny and persecution by the Theocratum by her lover's influence, which also extends to her husband and family. She's friendly enough with Filipe, and they both have a great appetite for funding the arts and various shows on display at the Wounded Stage. Some say they're entrenched in each others' minds, whereas Olga's affair with the Duke of the Lair is purely an affair of lust.
She is currently in mourning as of the Cold Cycle of 720, for her lover the Duke who was thought to have been killed by Ithecal slaves. Her relationship to her daughter is strained.
