Slave Pack bug?

I don't know if anyone else has encountered this.
I saw Tribute's recent post of the Slave Starter Pack and checked it out.
At the end of the first paragraph is a link to the "Guide on Slavery" topic.
Now, I know that this is a finished and "submitted" entry, because I can go there via the "Slavery in Idalos" topic link on the main page's "Player Guides" forum.

But when I go there by way of the link in Tribute's entry in the "Starting Package" topic of the "Character Sheets" forum, it comes up in "Edit" mode. Am I the only one that encounters this?

Furthermore, when I switched to Linika, who would not have editing power, it gives me a blocker which simply says that I "do not have the authority to make edits to this post." or something like that. Now it is certainly proper that Linika should be blocked from editing, but it further establishes that this link is somehow stuck in edit mode.

So as Maltruism, I took it upon myself to click on "Submit", but it stayed in edit mode anyway.

I find this quite curious.

Bug was due to an improper link in the slave starting package post. Replaced link with proper one.
