Notes: The cut she gave you will leave a pearlescent scar. Sometimes you will dream of the Witch, that she is watching you. You now have the money to purchase the ship discussed, although you will need to submit NPC's for the rest of the crew you will need to sail it. Obviously this will require a followup thread in Blackbrine (you are free to self run it) and then the actual quest (Also free to self mod). Verity Phelt is a girl who was kidnapped two seasons ago but was rescued by two mercenaries. She lives with her mother and father near the Water street district. She seems to be an ordinary child (although somewhat intuitive and cunning) but something feels off about her, something you can't quite place. When you have the girl and return to Rharne, hit me up for a followup thread. If you decide to do anything else with her, let me know.
