Howdy! Hello! Hi!
I'm Tif, and I'm not new to roleplaying (maybe we know each other already ... some pools are shallower than others). I've been writing some form of play by post since middle school and playing pen-and-paper RPs since I was ... er ... 12 (and that was over 2 decades ago, so ... yeah). I've even moderated a few online RPs and DM'd a few live campaigns in my time, and I enjoy storytelling with others a lot.
I have a Google Drive folder of favorite characters—stories that I've saved even after the RPs have faded or I've moved on for whatever reason. That said, it's been a couple of years since I've written, so I'm excited but nervous at the same time. This place looks great and I'm really keen on getting into the world and the lore and meeting folks. Yes. Be my friend!
Writing to level skills should be a fun challenge ... one I'm familiar with but always feel clumsy about.
Outside of RPing, I'm a graphic designer, stationer, and letterpress printer. I'm married and have four crazy kids. Yes, four—two share a birthday. So, RPing keeps me sane when I have the spare time. Time management is not actually a strong skill of mine, so I don't really know how it all magically comes together. But it does.
I found this place via internet search and one of those top RP sites or another. It was a lucky chance, indeed.
