This is the Expeditions, Exploration & Exchanges Board for Viden. Please note the following OOC rules, and check back regularly for any updates to the available explorations (listed below).
With the growing links between Viden and Scalvoris, The Senior members of the Academy have decided to slow the constant flow of scholars leaving their city in order to make new discoveries in the newly reestablished island nation of Scalvoris. However the city wants to offer the chance to as many students and staff as possible, therefore they have now instigated an "exploration board" of sorts, where individuals or groups may sign up to complete a specific task for a period of time. This is paid in kind by the arrival of inhabitants of Scalvoris, who are venturing to Viden for similar purposes.

OOC Rules:
- The notices on this board are very varied ~ from rumours (which might be completely true or wildly inaccurate) to spaces on scientific expeditions, exploration of new territories or exchanges with the Viden Academy.
- Each item on this board has a location ~ some of these are not in Scalvoris
- Please reply to this post with the template below in order to claim the item.
- When you have replied to this post, a Scalvoris Mod will update this post and yours to identify that you have been approved. Please do not start the thread until that happens
- Due to the nature of the items on this board, they might have very specific requirements ~ check carefully.
- All item may be completed as solos or collaboratively unless identified differently in the post
- Each item will tell you how to claim the reward for completion.
- When you have completed your thread(s), please post for review in the usual way (but note the point above)
- Many of these opportunities can be used for Job Threads, if applicable. Please note ~ if you are going to use this as a job thread, it must meet the criteria for that as well as the specific criteria for the item itself.
- Some expeditions may be "all expenses paid" - which means that you do not have to pay for any living expenses for the allocated time of the exploration! Please read the advertisement carefully and confirm with a Prophet of Viden or Scalvoris, who will add this detail to your Player Notes Thread.
- Most explorations relevant to Viden will be posted here, however it is always worth checking the Rynmere and Scalvoris boards, so you don't miss out on other exciting opportunities!
- If you have an idea for an expedition to Scalvoris or Viden that you don't see below but that would be so totally awesome then, whether it's for yourself or someone else, we would love to hear from you! please fill out the Expedition template below and add it to the Rynmere Development Thread, or PM Pegasus or Whisper directly.
