Dear Lady Faith Augustin,

My name is Winston and me I have recently been told you were responsible for abolishing slavery in Scalvaria. This is great!

I have not been in Idalos larng lang much and the concept was a shock to discover, but to know there are good people like you out there is a dream.

I felt compelled to thank you for what you have done. Please find attached a recipe for a cake I have been informed the Tunawa find appealing and 'warms their sap', or so Kisaik says. I thought warm sap might help heal.

Also, me I will have some plans far an oven that can be used by biggins and little'uns alike that I thought you might find useful for your hospital kitchens. I will send this as soon as I can and will gladly gift my time to build them when the time comes.

Sorry I could not get the carrier to bring your any actual cake. They said something about it getting squashed. I will be sure to make some for you when we meet.

I'm a little unclear how this actually works, but what Winston ACTUALLY did, was pay someone a

wad

of cash to get this to Faith with the message that it was a proposal to provide urgent aid.

Dear Faith,

I hope with all my heart that this reaches you in good health. I write to you with a proposal and a request for aid. Scalvaris, as you may be aware, has been attached by pirates. At the end of this cold season, that has left a lot in need.

I am brining food, a lot of food, and my kitchen to Saiore's Dream and will be giving it out to anyone that can get there and delivering it to the towns and villages of anyone that cannot.

I have enough food for a few hundred people and more on it's way, but I cannot provide healing or support for much else.

I know you will be in the center of your own efforts to provide aid, because there is no other place you would be, so please, if you can, know the we are Sairoe's Dream and the Immortal herself willing, will be able to get support to places swiftly, but I personally lack the resources to do little more then stretch food a few trials.

I hope to hear from you soon and if you have people that need food, tell me and it will be delivered.

Dear Faith, my beloved sister,

It has been some time since we heard from one another. I contemplated if I should send this letter at all, or if it was inappropriate after so long away from everybody. Truth be told, the last time we spoke I was in a far worse state. It was a trying time in my life. But losing your Spark in such a manner does that to you, doesn't it?

I've moved past many parts of my life, left them behind. That period was one of them. Losing the sadness from my soul didn't change how I knew I should feel at what happened. So I did what I could to survive and I ran. For some time I didn't stop running. Until I found myself in Melrath. Far enough away from everything that I didn't have to run anymore. These people took me in, welcomed me. Put my spear to good use and accepted me for as long as I was useful to them. I suppose it's not much different to the rest of the world in that sense. But while I was here, I could finally let go. Slowly, but it happened. Let go of everything from my past.

Except for you.

In the brief time we spent together, I had something worth surviving for. I had family. There was something powerful about that, something that made me feel untouchable - and I miss it every day. But in my heart I know it's not truly gone. Even if we were to never speak again. We are sisters. Time can not take that away. So I decided to write, so you would know I am alright. And because selfishly, I hoped you would miss me even half as much as I miss you.

Perhaps some day we can meet again. If you write back, please tell me about the children. I am sure they are far larger now than when I saw them last. No less cute, though.

Continue to change the world, do not ever let it break you. That is the lesson you taught me - and it's a lesson I hope you continue to teach. One life at a time.
