I'm frightened and need constant reassurance. Beware. Otherwise I'm open to mod bombs.
Woe fears detachment/alienation most of all.
Woe is drawn toward meddling in other peoples lives/business. He wants to be a part of things generally.
He wants a family, friends, extended family etc.. (This may be more of a player thing)
He's got a soft spot for creepy crawlers and broken or discarded things. He picks up strays often.
I'd like Woe to meet with Labrae, Lisirra, and Sinra, and generally anyone else he's related to in lore. Connections to the world are generally positive things.
Give him reasons for side-activities or goals. He's a very capable PC, but often lacks motivation or direction or doesn't know what he wants.
Maybe get some quests from Kuvarakh, or manipulated by Sintra again. Or do stuff for Labrae.
Work with Immortals, particularly connect with Tio as the person in charge of the Court of Miracles.
Max out his effigy, or become an Immortal. One or the other.
Reconcile with Labrae or Sintra.
Visit/delve into Cierel's fracture, and meet the shade of Cierel herself.

• Woe has a different mode for every person he interacts with. He is not entirely genuine.
• Woe will betray or sacrifice characters for the greater good. But there's always a line where it's not worth it. Lives weighed against other lives. Family come first for him.
• Woe is eager for proteges, and likes picking up strays and other people he might wrangle into assets for intelligence. He'll tend to be gentler with these types, depending on how cooperative they are. The more cooperative, the gentler he'll handle them.

Likes to thread about: Interpersonal drama, action, war, intrigue, investigations, stuff like that.

Dislikes to thread about: More mundane stuff that doesn't serve a greater narrative purpose.

Happy to teach: Generally? About magic, intelligence related skills, and dreamwalking.
