Unlike other meetings involving the shrine she had had this one wasn’t taking place at the physical location. Genna really didn’t care to travel to a construction site in the middle of winter and freeze especially since no one would be there and there wouldn’t be any warmth. So instead she had arranged for it to be at her home in Rharne. A place where she could have a fire going and warm drinks to offer.
Impressed by Winston’s development of the holo communicators she had hopped that he would be able to help her with a this personal project. So she has asked if he would be kind enough to come an visit with her about some ideas. She moved around the library making sure things were ready. There was a formal room for meeting guests. It was nice enough, there was actually even a room for the family together, but over the arcs the library had become the families room. There was a fireplace at one end of the room with some couches to allow several people to sit and enjoy it. The other end of the room had originally only had Genna’s desk, but since then a table with comfortable chairs had been added where the family gathered for activities and to just chat. A smaller desk had been brought in for Lilabell to use. Her father and Pablo though just used either her desk or the table as they needed.
Currently Genna had the plans for shrines on the table, at the other end of the table were various snacks on the other end of the table, with a steaming tea pot, and decanter of wine, not sure what Winston would prefer to drink. She looked around the room glancing the bookshelves that lined all of the walls except the on with the fireplace, and in the places where it was broken up to allow for window and doors. Overall the shelves were neatly organized but the shelf where Lilabell and her books were a mess. Genna contemplated address the problem but decided not to as she was currently sitting at her desk working on a piece of art.
Her father had been banished from his spot on the table at was at Genna’s desk tinkering with a gold chain that belonged to Lilabell but had broken. Genna looked at the picture and for a brief moment wished she could see her mother and sister sitting in the room as well. Pablo was also missing but his duties as a Knight did occur at different hours.
Once she heard the door she would leave the room. Her yellow dress swishing around her bare feet. Her hair had a braid on either side of her head that allowed her to then pull them back to make one braid that cascaded down her back hair. Once she opened the door she would say “welcome”
