Absolutely! I want to say it isn't terribly new but the interest in it is? I'm still not 100% following regarding the legality but happy to leave it open since my intention was to give players the opportunity to learn about it and fill in all the blanks. So I defer to whatever you feel is appropriate to allow this!

It's okay if the status reads 'Unknown' instead of 'Illegal (not sure about this one?)' until such a time as legality is established.

Also the fast facts need to be less unknowns. It's fine if it's not known or seen outside of Scalv, but for all the unknowns in the fast facts, they need to be written up and assigned a skill level for when people encounter this plant. Remember the fast facts section is purely OOC information. Also I think if someone managed to cultivate this stuff, given it's difficulty in keeping Tending should be a little more than novice skill. (also remove the mention of gardening, there may be other creative methods of tending to this plant).
