RPG Details: Walter is the patriarch of an old Scalvoris family of some renown. These are not the most famous people around, but in Scalvoris Town especially they are known in certain circles as "old blood" and benefactors. Socialites do not forget to invite Walter to events and he in turn invites socialites to his charity lunches he holds to help burgeoning Authors and Poets, as well as, his favorite local establishment, The Scholar's Nook. Walter is generally jovial when meeting new people or old friends. He's quick to laughter and happy to listen to stories. When it comes to his family, his coin, and his passion projects, he is very serious and businesslike. His family also keeps horses outside of town and has sold them to nobles for generations. Physically, Walter is a bit on the plump side, 5'11" in height, and sports a grey beard and wavy hair. He has light skin and a twinkle in his blue eyes. Fashionably dressed always, Walter knows how to keep up appearances.

Hi Jaxson, I like this npc, however it seems to be implied that he caters to nobility in his clientele (as a horse breeder). Also if he's part of a horse breeding operation or just has a passing interest, I'd give him more than novice Animal husbandry.

So please adjust this passage, switching out noble for 'wealthy or well-to-do' citizens and upgrade his animal husbandry skill. Also please define the arc (year) of birth.

His family also keeps horses outside of town and has sold them to nobles for generations.
