Description
Whether this is a deer, a zebra or something entirely in between is not entirely known - but a mixture of the two is exactly what it looks like. In truth, this animal is more like a regular deer but with a few noticeable differences. It has striped black and white antlers and stipes along it's trunk. The legs of the creature are mottled with thick stripes of black; when hunted and butchered, the creature produces everything one would expect from a deer.
Lifespan and Development: After being born, the Deebra takes roughly 12 weeks to mature. Males are slightly larger than females and, once they reach maturity their antlers start to grow. The lifespan is roughly 10 arcs, although the oldest a Deebra is known to live is 15 arcs. Baby Deebra are born in litters of four - always four, no more no less - after a gestation of 10 weeks.
Diet: Herbivores.
Temperament: Skittish, often quite aggressive, these are pack animals. The bigger a pack grows in numbers, the more aggressive the members become. It is therefore helpful to ensure that numbers are kept small.
RPG Abilities:
Antlers ~ The antlers of the Deebra are natural anti-coagulants which stop blood from clotting. Any wound inflicted by these will bleed profusely. If the antlers are removed from the corpse of a Deebra, they can be crushed into a powder which acts as an anti-coagulant.
Strength in numbers ~ Deebra literally gain strength in numbers. The larger the size of their pack, the stronger each of the members becomes. This is why they get more aggressive in large numbers.

Many of the same weaknesses as a normal deer.
