Open to character death: I'd prefer to avoid this at present.
Open to permanent damage: Yes, as long as the damage isn't too catastrophic. Losing both eyes or losing a sense or the ability to move around would be a hard sell.
Things I'd like the mods to know about my pc:
- He's a small cadouri. Big on courage and power, but low on strength perhaps.
- He's always looking for solutions to problems, particularly problems that involve things not working.
- He's very positive toward the Eternal Empire and its mission to bring all under its banner.
- He's an engineer, very innovative inventor type. He's always thinking about what he's observing, and wondering how it might contribute to future innovations and projects.
- He's in the military of the Eternal Empire, rank of Private.
- He's not a pacifist, although he doesn't like fighting if he can help it.
Things I'm working on with the PC currently / would like storyteller input on:
- He's going to work on engines and spring drives and observe how potential energy can be one-upped with various additions.
- He's going to work on developing fuels and power sources that don't require mechanical tension and potential energy.
- He is also working on a project to determine just how useful a cadouri in particular can be in siege warfare. He's already determined that they would make exceptional sappers.
- He's building his science/alchemy/engineering skills primarily, but isn't opposed to working his combat skills.
- He wants to work on his standing in the Imperial army.
Three wishes for the future for this PC.
- Be marked by Aeva and become adored.
- Become a high-ranking officer of the Imperial Army.
- Develop a system of replaceable parts and standardized mechanical components.
