Martial Law has been declared in Etzos. People have been imprisoned after social unrest and riots in the city. On day 39 Etzos barely avoided and open violent confrontation between the city's guard and soldiers and the riled up citizens who marched up to The Hall of Rule and Reprimand. After this, Imp Press launched a campaign, spreading pamphlets trying to calm down the hard feelings ... and so two investigators Rosamond (spy) and Dmitri (journalist) meet.

The thread is waiting for answer from Maltruism about a potential intro thread where Dmitri can learn more about his employer's agenda. Not saying we're sure of getting to know this ! We'll see if Mal feels like revealing things or if we start here with both the investigators knowing equally little.
