Hey there folks. I know, this looks pretty odd with a staff member running in and posting in this forum, but bear with me!

I'm not sure if people noticed that Emea officially opened a few days ago for posting. (I posted about it here, in the New Features thread.) That post in particular links on to the forum itself and the Posting Guidelines (recommended reading for anyone wanting to thread in Emea), and the forum itself has subforums (only one which is populated at this time) and threads within. Only one player is actually engaged in a dream thread right now, which isn't strange considering how new it is.

However!

I would definitely like to see some more life in Emea, but it's not something I intend to push too hard. Dream threads are situational and not necessarily as friendly for everyday-posting as other threads. Not only that, but considering how young the forum is, there are few to no references when it comes to dream threads, and thus... nothing much to go by, for players and staff alike, and I'd like to remedy that by more openly inviting people to ask me for moderated threads (Encounters and Nightmares). Prod me here in this thread about it or in a PM, that's up to you. Nightmares should generally go by PM, but everything else...

And, mind you, this'll be as much of an experiment for me as it'll be for everyone else. I may've written the guidelines, but I don't have a frame of reference either and we haven't actually put any of it to the test. So... Let's get to it, yeah?

Ohhhhh I want to have lapis and Niv enter all the dreams and nightmares! I'd be down for having a modded one as well.

In which case I would like to request a moderated thread in Emea with Uiyaejn. There's a lot of stuff I need to do surrounding Faldrun and Sirothelle, information on him would be win actually. Even if it's some outside source or an invitation, she had no idea how to get into there; only that she needs to meet him to request aid with obtaining the flower that can burn through every known disease known to mortals.

However she's also been doing a lot of stuff that surrounds war and death, so super interested in anything really. Got a few ideas for possible settings and ways to make it work, so would be more than willing to set up a Nightmare Uiyaejn has to get through!

Been heavily revolving her story-lines around life an death but she's also pretty beat up at the moment! You know Nashaki and all! Will hit you up with a PM or something if that's cool.

Neat! Let me know what you're interested in. With Nightmares especially it's important that you take a look at the dedicated post in the Posting Guidelines and look at the form provided there, so you can PM it to me. Nightmares have the potential to be a lot more severe than other threads, and it's important that the players communicate with me very clearly what they're looking for and where their reservations lie. And, of course, to understand that Nightmares are dangerous and I won't be kidding around. It's basically an invitation for me to mess with you.

For regular moderated threads/Encounters, just pitch me something either in here or a PM for if there's anything specific you want or if I have totally free reins. Either way, you're free to just create a thread right away for normal Encounters, designate it to me and pitch me a PM once it's made (so you can set the stage, environment and mood before I jump in) so I know and can get involved.

EDIT: Sidenote, I'm closing this for now to prevent bumps. I'm already over my head with a bunch of threads, and won't be taking too many new ones until I wrap them up.
