For citizens of the city, lodging is not generally an option. Use of inns is reserved only for visitors. Wayfarers’ File is considered to be the finest establishment in Sirothelle for a traveller to rent a room in, at very resonable prices. The public house itself is a large building with a bar and kitchen, which anyone can use. The two floors above offer eight rooms for people renting in the short term (one season or less). The four adjacent houses have been refurbished and turned into a number of larger rooms for visitors staying for longer than a season, at a discounted price. These rooms number 30.
Entering the tavern, a visitor is greeted by the smell of baked bread, which is staple in the aukari diet. A family-friendly location, alcohol is not served during working hours, and all drinks served outwith these times is monitored and restricted. The atmosphere is a pleasant one, and is one of the few entertainment places in the city which does not descriminate between races. Non-aukari races are welcome to enjoy the company of who they might without fear of any xenophobic remarks or actions against them. Similarly, visitors are expected to treat any aukari punters with equal respect.
