Thanks for the question - Becoming is currently undergoing a rework and, as such, I'd suggest not putting any XP or claiming Knowledge in animal languages. It's an absolute minefield in terms of story and we're making a few amendments. When that's completed, it will be put up for staff review and, once it's gone through all the usual checks and processes, we'll release it.
It is fine to assume that, when you're a cat, you can communicate on a rudimentary level with other cats. However, it is NOT a language and they aren't answering back in sentences. Hope that's clear.
