Making Dead Men See Colors

Arthur tries to get Ulric to enjoy something festive.

Atop a stony plateau overlooking the lands of central Idalos, and growing wealthy from the gem stones pulled from the rocky soil, Etzos is a bastion of independence; firm in its belief that man should rule Idalos, not be servants of the vain Immortals who nearly destroyed it. But can the many factions set aside their conflicting agendas and see this through?

1 Cylus 720 | Ulric | Commercial Circle: Streets
Arthur had insisted, in the most unfair way, that Ulric accompany him out onto the street so that they could see the Lighting of the Dark ceremony that he'd heard so many people talking about. Ulric said that he would rather train and Arthur responded by grabbing his anchor and walking out into the street. So Ulric, in his way, possessed Arthur. He'd become fairly good at it in his time as a specter and so it would not have been hard to override Arthur's body and take control. It would have been more natural than what Ulric did. He remained dormant inside Arthur and began syphoning some of his emotional energy to see if he could get an idea of what the man expected them to find. Ulric was not careful to drain Arthur so much that he'd lose interest in his endeavor, but just enough to get a taste of the anticipation the living man had. "You know I can make you come back inside." Ulric's voice echoed inside Arthur's mind.
