Re: Down Came the Rain and Washed a Spider Out [Mature]

"I just..." After a few trills, the blackened threads had wrapped around his inner core. They wrapped around the bright exterior, inverting his tangle in a sense, so that the warm and bright hues were draw in. Then, as his tangle was wont to do when his emotions were under stress, he went blank. He was still feeling the sorrow, but was able to speak clearly.

"I just, want to..." Woe started, caressing the woman that held him, and then straightened up, and looked her in the eyes, "Are you familiar with role-play? I... I want to just pretend for a minute that we know each other. That I care about you, and you me. I know we don't, not really... But it would help."

"You can call me brother, and I'll call you sister." He stated the proposed roles. Whether they were related or not was immaterial. Just the words had power, that he wanted to reflect in what was to follow.

He traced a finger along her jawline, and caressed her face, "I love you." He lied, and kissed her. There was no expectation for her to reciprocate his words. He explored as much as she would let him, before breaking the kiss, and bringing her to stand in front of him.

"Sister," He began undressing her, removing one article at a time, until she stood bare before him. "It's time." He gestured toward the table, with the straps. "On your belly, I will tuck you in."

He was prepared to go through with what he must, to exorcise this nagging haunt that bedeviled him. He just needed a body resembling the object of his angst, to take it out on.

"Go ahead, I love you." He tried to smile, but it probably looked creepy, "Please, trust me."

He flip flopped back and forth until she was sure she'd gone and dumb something fucking stupid. The last time she'd trust someone like this, they cut her, and not in the fun ways but she had learned struggling only hurt worse. Or maybe he was just crazy, either way he was odd and Emmy was stupid but not stupid enough to tell him know. Besides, it could almost be hot. As he offered up his idea she tried to subtly sniff his breath but found no alcohol or anything else strange. But if he was on something it was not liquor. Yet she nodded, what her and Llyr, and many of her others was a sort of roleplay, though nothing so exact as this.

"I've tried it before." When he finished his idea though, there was no hiding the shock before she laughed lightly. "You've got fucking problems, you know that?"

Still she kissed him back, mumbling the words back and ignoring the odd twist they brought hearing them. People did love her but they loved more what she did, and it was mutual, but that didn't mean hearing it said to her and not about her didn't hit something. It was just enough to her to actually respond with enthusiasm rather than habit. If there was nothing else she loved more than praises on her appearance, it was ones about Emmy herself. It was fake but the words were hers regardless, and if she whispered them back between kisses, no one but her would care. Only when he stripped her did her back stiffen a bit, before she forced herself to relax. He probably wouldn't kill her. Probably. He looked like he was fraying around the edges, like worn cloth, his voice even sounded the same to her. His smile was the opposite of inspiring confidence. The woman bit her lip, eyed the door, then the toys she still wanted to try. With a mental fuck it, she tried to give her warning as his sister.

"Don't leave scars, brother."

Seasoned whores didn't both with why someone liked something, the same as no one bothered her with what she liked, unless they liked the same. But he said the same words again, and the small flare of heat rose to her cheeks, and she turned away before the honest smile graced her lips. Truthfully, Emmy was not looking forward to the straps with a stranger but she laid down on the cool table all the same and wait with something like anticipation and something like fear.

Comments: I enjoyed the thread. Emmy and Woe are very different, so I was especially curious about how they would interact. Their flirting was entertaining to read. For a moment, when Emmy asked Woe to show her “all those fun toys”, I thought you’d move straight to the AF! I didn’t think that Woe would start to cry! That was kind of unexpected! I wonder where their little roleplaying session will take them and if they’ll meet again. Anyway, great job, and enjoy your reward!
