The first, and currently the only, locale on the western continent for winged delivery services. Founded by the noted half-avriel hero, Nightshade Eld, these services extend throughout the greater Etzos area and beyond. There are two half-avriel employees that PCs will be dealing with directly for the most part. But who knows what might bring a personal visit from Miss Eld herself. Chances are, she is either giving lessons below at The Valkyrie's Roost, doing cartography work for Smarter Charts, liaison work for The Citizen's Committee, or engaging in some heroic rescue somewhere.
