  WDE is located in a large, well vented building made of sturdy wood that has been painted black. The walls, inside and out, have decorative symbols etched into them which are painted a variety of dark colors. Inside the building is a wealth of cheap, low quality drugs. At the rear of the first area of the shop is a counter with several sofas and chairs surrounding it where customers and employees can sit. At the rear of the building is a chemical lab.
