Do you mean that the world map and cities remind you of DnD?
I love DnD, though I am more recently a Pathfinder player. I did not care for 4.0.

But neither are like forum rp. But I can promise you we will be trying to make it every bit as deadly...lol

So welcome aboard, and be ready to duck and run! You may well have to leave the love and sparkles behind as decoys.
