...So, I'd recommend to anyone playing noble PCs that they ask a mod if what they're doing is okay if they think it's too far, or even just another player (if it's minor) who's been playing in the nobility for a long time -- we can help you, give you guidance, most of us should know by now what's generally okay, and none of us will bite.

On that note. @Mods is it okay if my character TwinkleToes builds a nuclear refinement facility in his backyard for peaceful purposes only.

I'm gonna go with a no for that one, Rafael. If it was a chemical, biological, or radiological facility then I could totally get behind that. But nuclear is a bit unbelievable, don't you think?
