End of season is fast approaching. Make sure you get your job threads finished and submitted. It's also important that you pay for any taxes and NPCs you own. Personal NPCs now cost 10gn each per season (less than two meals at the tavern). If you don't pay for your NPCs a Jacadon will eat your first born, in your case Elyna, that would be your NPC LOL... and if you let a Jacadon eat Elsie, I will not be impressed. Just reach into Malcolm's pocket and steal his coin. Please keep the momentum up with replies to Tristan's Play, let's get that done before Christmas! Enjoy.

800 for the 2000 odd square feet of land, the building costs. The theatre might be more for land (quite big and all), unless you want to buy the existing ones. Then you would also have to calculate in the costs of starting a business (see guide).
