I didn't even notice the guy in the background because I couldn't get past the creepy guy in the front. I didn't know that was Ramsey either I always figured him to look younger. Poor Reek, I knew he was an arrogant jerk but he paid for it so badly.

You should still read the book there are many gems in there, like it wasn't Sansa that Ramsey marries its someone else. I keep wondering what Martin had planned for her. Wish he'd finish the series, his take has gone different from the series.
