Vivian smiled warmly at Lazuli's praise, then patted her on the shoulder as she called her brave. "Thank you. But so are you, coming after me with very little training. Lei'lira as well." she said, smiling slightly at her cousin before she listed the animals and ranch gear her mother had given her.

Vivian smiled as Lazuli told her they could take at least some of the animals and equipment off her hands, as they were starting a business. "I'm glad to hear you're going for a business. It's very ambitious." she said, smiling proudly at her cousin. She didn't have much to add to Ashan bein busy, so she kept silent rather than say something completely stupid. Reaching down to pet Pakse, Vivian nodded as Lazuli asked for her help learning to defend herself.

Vivian nodded at Lazuli, smiling slightly. "Of course. Might be best if you come up to Fort Warrick's training grounds one day. What I think is the best weapon for you might not actually be the best choice." she said, her tone relatively calm as she spoke, now in her element. "We'll try out the training weapons they have there, see what works best for you. Once you pick something out, I'll show you place to get real versions, then help you train if you want me too." she said, leaning back as she scratched Pakse behind her ears.

This was such an amazing thread to read. So much detail and the writing was all very smooth. The relationship between all three was well established, especially the quiet closeness of the twins along. The combat had enough information, but wasn't over-extended.
