{Bayward} The Calm Before the Madness

Image
☯ Saun 4th, Arc 718 ☯

☯ It was some time since he been to Bayward. Ever since he first came here and met Jonathan, he hadnt really been back here in quite some time. Strolling the streets he found himself being pulled to the beach he met a special someone on. Being here reminded him of how free and calm he had felt, far from the reaches of his father, but as he learned, his father could still hurt him no matter the amount of water between them. He had had enough of these torments, he needed to get back to basics, back to the tranquility he had when he lived in Desnind. As such he set out to get back to that point, he needed to isolate himself from the rest of the world. After searchng he came to a beautiful groto, complete with several waterfalls cascading from rivers overhead. Finding this place to be a work of sheer beauty he knew there could be no better place than this to get back to his roots. Finding the perfect spot underneath one of the falls, he stripped himself of his clothing, feeling the most unbound when naked, and sat under the running water of nature. Letting it cascade over his body Zasa would begin to recall of the words of his mother in order to get back to that place.

Mother: Tabi, ujäsïrï defas making tl'ọk'ẹtmusdus you’re kọv an awotẹlẹ hälïsï. Idakẹjẹ ke’u can’t bou'eri wäjẹ tare, lọrï ariwo av nïkïän tä dav murädï. Daneth idakẹjẹ ke’u diuv, nïƙi idle osise av spä ar bọsẹyẹ av bẹni gwiwa breaths. Aladani däju ar kïlïfï ïnnä besnet osise tioni av spä. Tioni bou'eri kọv anou spä, inan ke’ua cehvnee {First, start by making sure you’re in an isolated space. If you can’t be right now, then find a way to do so. But if you can, sit idle for a moment and take a few deep breaths. Let tension and stress slide away for just a moment. Just be in the moment, with your body.}

He would hear her say, breathing slowly, waiting to feel the stress of the days prior melt away. He allowed himself to openess, to be able to get back to the intimate space within himself. ☯

Mother: Tare, ciuzui ke’ua bazav tä anou biukmiut sọ ke’ua märäkwä, ke’ua tailbone, ar agbeko av ciuru spinning mäsällãcï alaiwa. Abẹrẹ èrè pulsing ar rotating inan ke’ua cholzu. Nïƙi inan ọsïsẹ osise av spä {Now, bring your attention to the base of your spine, your tailbone, and imagine a bright spinning red light. Feel it pulsing and rotating with your breath. Sit with that for a moment.}

Hearing her speak through the next step, within the peace of himself, he could sense it. He could feel the pulsations as he took the deep breaths in and out, feeling the light as it matched the tempo of his breathing. He listened as her voice filled the groto once again with instructions.

Mother: Square ke’ua bazav ïsẹ ke’ua märäkwä tä anou awaq av gãfarta sọ inches cae'zo ke’ua cae'zou deae. Abẹrẹ anou mú sọ av ciuru, tìfmi spinning alaiwa. Ae'jah, talun snafpìlfya èrè hìtua square inan ke’ua chozai {Move your attention up your spine to the area a couple of inches below your belly button. Feel the warmth of a bright, orange spinning light. Again, notice how it will move with your breathing.}

Concentrating he moved as she instructed, coming upon that warmth and allowing it to over take him. He was more at ease basking in the warmth of that light, like a dull sun just hot enough to keep him warm through a harsh winter. Zasa was being melted by the sensation, knowing Maelewano was close by to keep a watchful eye out just in case.☯

You are probably familiar with this area, because when you feel strong emotions like love or fear, you likely feel it here. Notice how you can sense the intense yellow light rotating in that spot.}

His mother's words resonated like a echo in his ear as he followed the trail she was detailing. He came upon the golden light and thoughts of Jon and his love of jewels came to mind, causing him to smile greatly. It all made sense now, the gut feeling he would always get when around the mage, the butterflies and nervousness. This is where his emotions reigned the greatest in his body, and now he could identify what he was truly feeling. He was glad he could still recant his mother's words, missing her tutelage and the care in her instruction. This was the best thing for him and his soul. With most of his initial plans being swayed away he was lost in the wind and needed to find his way again. He needed to regain control of his spiritual self before trying to affect his natural world. If that meant cutting some things out, then so be it. ☯

When you are touched by something or moved by a certain situation, you might instinctively place your hand over this spot. Connect with that area now.}

In his inner mind he could see it, the green light as it enveloped him. Placing a hand on his chest he was doing his best as his mother instructed, to connect with that part of himself. Like a river his fondest memories, the ones that truly effected him, flowed around him like water. He was reliving the best moment in his life and he was glad to see these memories of the good days, back in Desnind. Free and uninhibited, despite his blonde hair and being only half Sev'ryn. To him, in his heart he was a full blood, he had always seen himself as one. Maelewano had been watching, knowing full well what was going on, he sat attentively, watching their surroundings while giving his bonded words of encouragement in a way only Zasa would understand. With heartfelt stroll down memory lane, Zasa listened for the next step in recovering his true self. ☯

Imagine a bright blue light spinning in that area.You may feel the urge to swallow or clear your throat as you think of it.}

Flowing with her word he moved his focus to his neck and around his collar bone, feeling the light spin in his throat, causing him to clear it for a moment. His mother began to speak again as he was sinking into the calm the blue light was radiating

Mother: Swotu, square ke’ua bazav ïsẹ tä anou hälïsï teyngta ke’ua epov caj'ryn ke’ua eyebrows, ke’ua täkọ ligok. Ïdäkẹjï awaq holds av gwiwa indigo rotating alaiwa. This area holds a deep indigo rotating light. Imagine yourself to being wise as it will spin and increase in intensity.}

As she spoke he could visualize her words. Watching as all his past knowledge flowed into his forehead, into the third eye. He knew all his wisdom, his insight came for this place, and knew it was responsible for how he viewed the world around him.☯

Imagine a bright, purple light that will shine right out of the top of your body. This light can connect you to the universe. Feel the peace that will come when you notice this light.}

As soon as he got to this point, her explanation was spot on. He could see the purple light as he focused in on it, watching as the light got brighter, and feeling the overwhelming sense of peace that was associated with it. It was almost euphoric, damn near orgasmic but not as strong as either sensations. Opening his eyes he took in a deep breath. Looking around him, taking in the majesty of his landscapes, he was finally back to the root of his peace, he was back to the tranquility he once knew and loved. "Thank you mother, if I had not called upon the last pieces of knowledge you granted me, I would still be spiraling out of control, loosing the peace i struggled so hard to achieve in my life." He thanked, standing and stretching his limbs after sitting for so long. But now he came to realize his work wasnt done yet, he still had much more to learn apparently.☯

☯ Saun 4th, Arc 718 ☯

☯ Sitting up as Zasalamir did, Mäẹlẹwänọ stretched himself out as well. Looking Zasa in the eye, the winged wolf spoke. The voice Zasa would hear echoing in his mind sound exactly like his, but with a spectral and beastly whisper tone along with it. Nice to see that you have come back to a peaceful state of mind. I was starting to worry about you my bonded. This was one of the very few times the wolf actually spoke to Zasalamir which threw the mage off quite a bit. Sitting down in front of his familiar Zasalamir tilted his head in confusion. "If you were worried why did you not voice your concern earlier? Why wait till now to speak up about it?" He asked, curious as to the delay in the wolf's words. You can lead a beast to a river, but you cant force it to drink. As such you can tell someone they are destroying themselves, but you cant make them change their ways until they see just how far they have fallen. You havent hit that point yet, but the visions of your father have you spooked. Thats more than a enough of a driving force to get you to realize you needed to re-balance yourself. The wolf explained laying its head on its paws. Now that you have realigned your spirit, you need to know exactly what your dealing with, the different realms in which you experienced moments ago. It is one thing to feel it, but a more powerful thing when you know what it is you're feeling, allow me to show you the way.

☯ Casting his wings out, Maelewano shielded Zasa from the sun light that was peering through the natural landscape over them. This allowed for the wolf's appearance to take a far more bold, menacing tone, yet not make his bonded feel threatened in any way. The intensity of his gaze poured into Zasa as the wolf spoke. Your mother took you up through the seven point of spiritual contact within ones own body. As you heard, each one governs how you act and interact with the world around them and act as representations of different aspects of your life and describe their function in various ways encompassing the psychological, physical, energetic and spiritual. The wolf began, his stare almost overtaking his bonded, as if he was devouring Zasa in the never ending night of his wings. Zasa nodded, running his hands through his hair as he contemplated his familiars words. I see, its sort of like a manual of......well me and how I respond to stimuli and where that response derives from. He stated, pondering all his past interactions and whether or not he could determine if this was correct. Maelewano nodded as to agree with Zasa, patting the blonde's head with its left wing before continuing. More or less, yes. You need to know their names, these spiritual points as there are seven of them. Starting from the base of your body, there's the gwälọ{Root}, kukiri{Sacral}, hìtua{Will}, ise sise{Heart}, sauyin{Communication}, hufwetsyìp{Wisdom}, and sitting at the top of you blonde mane is the juna biyu{consciousness}. Each one of these points play a integral role in your life and and overall well being. Its important to never allow them to run wild or get over active as it could become toxic and lead to stupid decisions He warned, caressing his bonded's face in a caring manner with his nose. Zasa couldnt help but laugh at the spirit's words finding them endearing. I completely understand Maele.

Can't say I'm a fan of translators. Not at all. Still, it was a solid meditation solo nonetheless. Also I totally read "thoughts of Jon and his love of jewels came to mind, causing him to smile greatly" as "thoughts of Jon and his love jewels came to mind, causing him to smile greatly"... whoops. Best thing about it was that it didn't even feel out of place at all, hahaha!
