This is a city located on the coast of western Idalos and stands as a pillar of light against the dark cliff faces surrounding it. Ne'haer is considered a port city for ships as well as the last stop for most seafarers adventuring to locate the Iulure Isles. For this, it is nicknamed "Death's Door". In contrast to its nickname, this city focuses mostly on religious values and rituals for the protection of the immortals watching over their city. Ne'haer is also a city booming with trade and nobility, as well as jobs and plenty of opportunities to advance in skills and crafts.

Saoire had picked up this pleasant gift from one location in Rharneto deliver it to a little town outside of Ne'haer. Without the busy, people laden streets to have to maneuver, she was free to walk for some time with this particular gift. Saoire enjoyed this time of year where she was free to walk within the realm of the living, especially when it was a peaceful countryside. Within Emea, she was confined to the dreams of children; not that it was so bad. Children had pleasant dreams filled with fluffy, creative creatures. On occasion, she had been known to bring these creatures with her so that they could revisit the child's dream from time to time while keeping her company.
She arrived, smelling of juniper and fresh baked cookies, carrying the small vial in both her hands. When Tei'serin
opened the door, Saoire found would smile warmly upon the heavily pregnant woman. She was a beauty, even with the pale green scar running across her neck. Saoire had watched the event from the sidelines. Another Emean being, Emerath, had played a cruel game with the Immortals, leaving Saoire to collect some special gifts for the woman to make-up for the foul deeds of another.
"For you, miss. I hope that you find this helpful. Although motherhood is the greatest gift of all and not one I can bestow upon you personally, the gifter of this tiny vial hopes that you spend your life loving this child. When you are ready, use this elixir to avoid those scary situations. Teething can be rather disgusting based on my evaluation of dreams from parents."
Saoire winked, handing over the tiny vial.
She did not wait to see what Tei'serin did with the tear-dropped glass vial. Instead, she turned back and followed the snow trail she had created when she first arrived.
I'm bad, and that's good. I will never be good, and that's not bad. There's no one I'd rather be then me.

When someone knocked on the door, Tei'serin bit back a groan of dismay. Visitors were never a good thing in her experience. But that didn't stop her from hauling herself to her feet, and answering it. Whether it was a patient in need, or a "visitor," refusal to obey a summons wouldn't end well.
The scent of juniper and fresh baked cookies greeted her. It was unexpected, but a very welcome surprise. As was the woman who greeted her. She recognized Saoire both through vaguely remembered childhood dreams, and more recently, as the bringer of a gift of books last Zi'da. Tei'serin smiled, and greeted her warmly. When presented with a vial of liquid, and some kind words, Tei'serin thanked Saoire sincerely. Knowing that the beautiful woman wouldn't stay long, she didn't bother to invite her in. Instead, she hastily picked up her own gift to give Saoire with the knowledge that it would be passed on to someone else as such gifts always were.
Tei'serin thanked Saoire again before watching her go. The snow seemed to swirl up and surround her, and she was gone without a trace. Only then did Tei'serin retreat back inside once more. She stared at the tear drop shaped vial in wonder. Aging elixirs were rare, wonderful things. Although she couldn't see herself using it to skip through a phase in her unborn child's life that she didn't want to deal with, she could see herself using it to spare her child pain. The pain of teething could be horrible for a young child to endure, especially because they were too young to understand why they were in pain, or that their pain would end. It was with that thought in mind that she placed the precious vial in a safe place so she would have it should she ever have need of it.
