Personality: A simple, reliable burglar: while on the job, Otus does what he’s told, asks few questions, and makes few comments. He isn’t the sharpest knife in the drawer, but he does keep his knives sharp, and that’s all anyone ever wants or expects from him. In his personal life, Otus is something of a hedonist, with virtually all his free time spent drinking, gambling, fighting, tumbling in the sheets, or whatever other pleasure catches his fancy. He is not so foolish as to indulge beyond his means, though, in no small part due to Ephialtes's continued guidance.
Relationship to PC: Ephialtes's slightly younger, more rambunctious identical twin brother. Otus has always been content following his brother's lead, uninterested in much of the hard work of thinking and planning.
