Fleet of the Vengeful Tempest
History: The Mer have been quiet in recent seasons, and there's a reason for it. The crew of the Vengeful Tempest is reputedly led by a Chrien Blessed man, who is charged by his mistress to purge the Akktava tribe from the seas. Chrien's reasons for calling a Reisah against her own creations is unknown, as is her choice of tool for the carrying out of this purpose. All anyone knows is that the Commodore of this three-ship fleet (Commodore Gralkin) has decided to make it his mission to purge the waters of the Akktava, and that he bears the adored mark of Rusalkis.
Crimes: Poaching the eggs of mer from Deori. He's suspected of using mer crew members or some other manner of infiltrating the underwater facility. He's also known for hunting the mer like any fisherman would trap a school of fish. He has deadly, bladed nets that are used to great effect for this purpose, installed on his mother ship, The Blue Slaughter. The smaller ships in his fleet are equipped each with a ballista, armed with massive harpoons, or else stoneshot.
Bounty Price: Negotiated with Sot of Deori. One must find a way into the underwater facility first.
