Here will be Kalortah's NPCs and plots they're involved in, organized in a way that makes sense to me. Starting with Raw data copy pasted from CS.

Appearance/Biometrics: Lotiema has a pale complexion of turquoise skin. Her head featheres are a mix of mostly dark charcoal color, with some blue and green feathers interspersed throughout her mane. Her build is very thin and slight. Under most circumstances, she wears robes and clothing that help cover up her colors, whether hoods or expansive cloth valance to cover the brilliance of her green-blue wings.

Personality: Adventuresome and thrill-seeking. Lotiema has taken on the career of a thief not out of necessity but for the thrill of absconding with the belongings of other beings. She almost can't resist snatching this or that trinket off of a passerby. Once she's set her mind to acquiring something, she goes for it. She's a borderline kleptomaniac.

Backstory: Having spent much of her early years after childhood in foreign cities to purge her wildness, she has bounties in cities and towns on several continents, to varying amounts. There she spent more time hunting trinkets for fencing to local pawns or other less legal payers, than she did hunting for food. Eventually, however, the constant thrill of stealing by night and engaging in con jobs during the day grew boring, and Lotiema placed her sights on juicier quarry. This was how she earned a string of bounties from towns along the way from Scalvoristown to Quacia.

Appearance/Biometrics: A very plain man. An unremarkable and forgettable face, brown eyes, brown hair. Standing short at around 5'4" with an average build. Gostav is rather unremarkable in almost every way. His clothing tends to be practical, but Kalortah has been known to practice his cosmetology skills on Gostav, to see if he can improve on his profound plain-ness.

Personality: Gostav possesses a rather dull personality, which suits the ostentatious and flamboyant nature of his new employer just fine as the servant will never outshine the master. Nevertheless, his dullness in the personality department in no way signals a lack of intelligence or capability. He's very task-focused and a nose-to-the-grindstone type of individual, with his main concern at any given moment the accomplishment of his goals and directives.

Backstory: Gostav was originally from Ne'haer, but moved to Rharne when the Famine hit that city in around arc 720. He's an experienced household servant, and quite capable and trained to accomplish a number of household tasks including but not limited to small construction projects, small-scale gardening, housekeeping, and cooking simple meals.

Appearance/Biometrics: He's about 6' tall, with broad shoulders and bulky build that strikes an imposing figure to any who would think to brawl with him. His hair is close-cropped, coal-black. He has a square jaw, with a crooked nose that speaks to surviving his share of brawls. He often wears practical clothing and armor consisting of padded leathers, brigandine, and ringmail, and a couple of ranged weapons. He likes presenting himself as armed to the teeth, with his ranged weapons and several daggers/blades in his belt.

Personality: Not one for engaging in nonsense, Kairo is all about business, the business of capturing and breaking slaves. In spite of his imposing appearance, he's fairly genial. He will not, however, hesitate to shoot at someone he suspects of disrupting his business.

Backstory: Raised into a Slave Raider family in Athart, his family has been in the city for generations. Perhaps even since Athart has belonged to the Avriel. He became a mercenary during the Nashaki and Athart 'alliance' against the Eternal Empire, during their conflict, and enlisted into a group of sellswords running between the Crescent Harbor and Nashaki, and down toward the more Fertile areas bordering Athart territory. He distinguished himself well enough to enrich his own pockets. When the conflict cooled down, he turned to simple mercenary work, bounty hunting and sometimes freelance murder.
Relationship to the PC: Main catspaw of Lem-Gar-Uoril. He may work with Kalortah at times, and at other times try to murder him. Depends on how the story goes.

Appearance/Biometrics: Lem-Gar-Uoril has dark green skin, veined with lighter red and green. His eyes are amber-colored. He often eschews opulent clothing in favor of something more akin to what a tribesman would wear, with a full head-wrapping and lengthy robe that covers up to his elbows. He wears no shoes, like most of his kind. He often bears the trappings of a tinker, and is rarely found without a crossbow of some description.

Personality: Cold and detached, he seeks treasures for the enrichment and edification of the Museum in Nashaki. At times, it seems he cares less for living things than merchandise and artifacts, and will think nothing of sacrificing a group of twenty workers in order to obtain one priceless heirloom or cultural relic. Still, he takes few unnecessary risks.

Backstory: Long-lived and world-wise, Lem-Gar-Uoril's birth or childhood aren't remembered by many, and he believes his long life gives him precedence over the less long-lived races. His past is largely shrouded until one peels back the layers of Nashaki records and half-rumors. Remarkably, he has few skeletons in his closet if one looks further, perhaps to the annoyance of his enemies. Either he has a good source of scrubbing records of misdeeds or he's truly a paragon of virtue.

He works now as a curator for the Museum of Nashaki, and has organized many a treasure hunt. He has terrible disagreements with the way the Museum runs things, allowing adventurers to abscond with artifacts in lieu of payment. He believes the cultural relics found out in the Hotlands ought to remain in Nashaki once they're brought before an appraiser. Nevertheless, he has gone along with the administration to a point. Yet many note that his branch of the Museum has recovered more artifacts at lower costs than the rest of the Museum. Whatever his methods are, he is tolerated for the credence he lends toward the effort of preserving Nashaki's cultural heritage.

Personality: Calm and collected for an avriel. She's always been a gentle hand on her husband and children. Often thought a prize among Avriel society, it was a surprise to most who knew her when she decided to wed Aizaries.

Personality: A rough, haggard pragmatist. He nonetheless managed to instill an appreciation of culture and fine crafts to his children. He was hard on them, but never to the point of cruelty.

Personality: A caring soul, yet not without sharp elbows when she needs them. She was raised to improve the standing of the Satravial family, by hopefully charming and marrying an avriel of influence in society. She accepts her lot in life, but still hopes against hope to find her way out of it.

Appearance: A short, blonde biqaj man who is often seen to be smiling.


Personality and brief history: Bubbly, and absolutely adores Kalortah as his #1 ultimate fan. Knows his every song by heart, even if he doesn't understand a word of his native Lorien. His positive attitude and beaming aspect belies his true nature. He's actually a horrifying shell of a man whose sunny disposition conceals a dark pit of absolute despair. In all seriousness, he's a biqaj that always had trouble fitting into any crew. Finding him flatly incapable of even the most rudimentary of tasks aboard a seafaring vessel, he was cast out from ship to ship, until he finally found himself ashore in Scalvoristown. There, he spent his time as a day-laborer, usually in jobs such as nannying and house-sitting.

He started following Kalortah low-key after the avriel's performance in Cally's, and is just waiting for an opportunity to introduce himself to his hero. Kalortah has spent much of his time in the University, unfortunately, which has thwarted the lad's attempts to track him down. But Kalortah cannot hide forever!

Relationship to PC: #1 Fan, creepily enthusiastic stalker.

Anything: He's Kalortah's biggest fan, at least until the next great thing comes along.

Bio: Ravkel is loosely affiliated with the Twisting Winds. Kratoo and Meleeka far outrank him, but not solely because their skill in magic exceeds his own. They aren't much more powerful than him, in fact.

The reason he isn't in a more prominent position in that organization is political. He bucks the deference that the Twisting Winds show toward the Aerie and the council that presides over it. It isn't that he disbelieves in their aims or that he dislikes those in the Aerie. He wishes the avriel to rule supreme over Idalos as much as any of the folk. However, he wishes for freedom for the organization to become all that it's capable of becoming. He dislikes the conservative stance that the council takes toward the Twisting Winds, and their deference to the close minded fools that are jealous of any avriel magic users. He would have tried to supplant Meleeka or Kratoo so he could lead the organization into a mageocracy of sorts, if he felt it wouldn't compromise his freedom to pursue true power. As it was, deep down he knew such a move would end in disaster, and that tipped the scales in favor of moving away from Athart to pursue his knowledge of magic.

In his youth and young adulthood, he had romantic aspirations of setting himself up as an Autocratic Mage-King of the Avriel. However, these dreams fell by the wayside, as he became exposed to the political scene of the slave city. The dreary boredom of council meetings, and the secrecy and backroom meetings without recognition of a mage's accomplishments galled him.

As he aged and became more venerable over the years, yet more skilled at magic, he drew farther apart from Athart as a whole, drawn to the power his spark promised through whispers in his solitude. He saw his magically created and bound minions through Necromantic magics as sufficient, in leiu of other Avriel to boss around, or lowly slave races.

However, now he grows old, and wishes to impart what wisdom and direction his spark has led him to. He felt he's reached an impasse in his magical development that he will not surpass, and hopes that the next generation will be able to succeed where he has faded into obscurity with his magical puppets, ghosts, spirits and servants.

Appearance: This avriel has the same coloration as Kalortah, signalling that perhaps it runs in the family. However, his brilliant white plumage aside, he has bluish tint to his skin, as a result of Abrogation mutation.

His eyes shine a brilliant green. He stands at 5'5", with a build that is modestly built for one of his advanced age.

Relationship: Ravkel is Kalortah's father's father. He's been estranged from the family for sometime. Avriel politics have converged to push him to the periphery of society, and as such it was a given that Kalortah's parents distance themselves from him similarly. Kalortah's many siblings have similarly not sought out their grandfather, nor inquired to his passing.

Nevertheless, Kalortah has always been a curious sort of Avriel. While he is capable of as much vicious violence and volatile temper as any of them, he is capable of suppressing it when it comes to advancing his aspirations.

Ravkel is aware of Kalortah, as well as his struggles in early life, being one of the scrawnier of his siblings. Having been of a similarly weak ilk when he was a youngling, Ravkel took to the young avriel from a distance, and has bided his time until he thought he could approach his grandson. That time is approaching. Who knows how Kalortah will react, if the older avriel offers to train him in the arcane mysteries. He has a faint hope, based on what he's seen of Kalortah, that perhaps the spark will not be wasted on the younger avriel. That perhaps the chaotic tempestuosity that consumes the rest of the avriel has skipped on the scrawny bard.
