Starling Manor is attached to Starling Gallery from rooftop access, the entrance to which is accessible only after passing through the aviary garden of the Gallery. Like Starling Gallery, the house is entirely constructed of marble stone. It's cut off from the aviary garden of Starling Gallery by a bit of stone fencing that is obscured by vines and flower bushes. Inside the gated area, is a smaller garden and aviary where Kalortah keeps his bird friends that he's selected for his own personal company. Inside the house is richly appointed with well-crafted furniture and household items, as well as more of the marble construction evident along with the entire construction of the ground floor.

The top floor is a bit homier, with some wooden floors, wooden panel walls, and more carpeting. It's a tighter space on the second story, but no less impressively crafted.
