Sky Quarter: Where the Lightning Knights, the Thunder Priestesses, and Ilaren reside.

Harlot 'n' Hound: A rather scandalous tavern, inn, and escort service located in the Earth Quarter.
The Harpy Inn: A rowdy inn and tavern located in the Earth Quarter.
House Rentals: For those looking for a private place to stay during their time in Rharne. Located in the Earth Quarter and Glass Quarter.
Rosmerta Winery: An expensive and well-known winery in the Stormlands that specializes in the production of Starlight wine.
The Turning Wheel Inn: A comfortable and economical inn within the Glass Quarter.
The Barracks Tavern and Inn: A well-regarded Inn and Tavern in the Sky Quarter, often patronized by Lightning Knights and Thunder Priestesses. Thought to be one of the safest Inns to stay in Rharne, as well as a home to the fiercest and most skilled brawls, as Lightning Knights and Thunder Priestesses are the only ones admitted to their fighting ring.

The Pit: A questionable fighting pit located on the outskirts of the Dust Quarter.
The Queens Court:[/color][/b] A female owned and run fighting ring in the Earth Quarter, attached to the Queen's Gambit. It has a female only tournament, the Queen's Cup.

Azurewind Market: A well kept and popular marketplace within the Earth Quarter.
Dust Market: A marketplace in the Dust Quarter filled with the poor, needy, and crooked.
Earth Market: A marketplace in the Earth Quarter that sells common goods & everyday essentials.
Glass Market: A marketplace in the Glass Quarter that sells high quality items made and obtained across Idalos.
Hannah's Healers: A tonics & potions shop in the Dust Quarter that runs on a barter system.
The Infirmary: A medical center located in the Earth Quarter.
Isonomia Faction HQ: The headquarters of the Isonomia Faction in Rharne.
Miss Austere's School of Movement & Music:A school of dance, singing and music within the Glass Quarter.
Order of the Adunih: A place of healing. The Rharne branch of this Idalos-wide faction is located in the Earth Quarter.
Rharne Bank: A prominent Glass Quarter bank owned and run by the Merchants Guild.
Sarah's Silks: A high-quality, custom-made clothing shop located in the Glass Quarter.
Order of Adunih Family Clinic and Orphanage: An orphanage and family clinic run by the Order of the Adunih.
The Knife and Necklace: A boutique that sells unique, custom jewelry and ornamental short blades.
Ilaren's Anvil & Foundry A top-of-the-line smithy and foundry, where even magical and ensorcelled items may be acquired, for a discrete consultation, for those who have wells to be forged into items.
Pins and Patches An affordable portable smith and knife/tool sharpening service operating out of the Dust Quarter, that also offers some assistance and supplies to those who operate beneath the notice of the law.
Lamoreaux's Deviceful Endeavours: A gadgeteer and tinker's shoppe in the Glass Quarter. Established for the purpose of shopping all kinds of curios and inventions, up to and including custom and found pieces. (PC-Owned)
Illuminations: Illuminations is part gallery, part book shop in the Glass Quarter of Rharne. The walls are filled with examples of artistic pieces, created by the owner Perdita Westcott. She also does bespoke and to order pieces. (PC-Owned)

 
Public Spaces
 
Community Garden: A piece of park land in the Glass Quarter collectively gardened by local citizens.
The Lightning Cathedral: The focal point of Rharne and home to the Thunder Priestesses & the Immortal Ilaren. Note: Only the prayer chamber is open to the public.
Little Ivorian: A close-knit ithecal community in the Earth Quarter.
Pilgrim's Ascent: Rharne's great staircase leading from the Earth Quarter to the Sky Quarter.
The Thunder Den: A public training ground in the Earth Quarter for those interested in shoring up their combat skills.
Winemoore Alley: A narrow, dead-end alley of the Earth Quarter filled with a few local businesses.

Caervalle Town A quaint but mysterious town in the center of the Stormlands.
Isle Vyrelle: A mysterious, bioluminescent island in Lake Lovalus.
Farrow Plantation and Winery: A family run plantation and winery near Mistral Village.
Lake Lovalus: The city of Rharne was founded on the shores of Lake Lovalus.
Mistral Village: A logging village settled alongside Mistral Woods, about a half-trial's ride from Rharne.
Mistral Woods: These verdant woods contain their own mysteries.
Moseke's Landing: A plateau in Lake Lovalus used by flutterbuses to travel between Rharne & the Southern Region.
Rharne Prison:Located on the edge of the Stormwastes, this is where the criminals of Rharne do their time.
Rosmerta Winery: An expensive and well-known winery in the Stormlands that specializes in the production of Starlight wine.
Skydas Keep: The Home of Skydas Company, a group of mercenaries led by the Ithecal Praetorum. It was established in the Hot Cycle of 721, across the river from Zynyx Market.
The Mire An adventure zone, filled with bandits, monsters, and all kinds of nasties. A massive swamp to the west of the Stormwastes.
The Stardust Arch An ancient ruin that lies cloaked in mystery and starlight.
The Spire A mysterious and enigmatic tower in the eastern Stormlands that contains a trove of knowledge.
Storm's Edge A Lightning Knight fortress seated at the edge of the Stormwastes.
The Stormlands: The vast expanse of land beyond Rharne's walls.
The Stormwastes A dismal wasteland to the south of the River Zynyx
Ywyngyll Forest: A forest located just west of Rharne. Rumours abound that this forest, which is part of Central Idalos' Unabor forest, is alive.
Volta:Situated at the mouth of the Zynyx River this town possesses a unique collection of electrical phenomenon that make it a paradise for alchemists and chemists.
Zynyx Market:This cheerful market village is located along the shores of the River Zynyx. It is a popular place for traders traveling north to Rharne to stop and sell their wares.
The Rhaumine Fracture:At the end of a rickety road, is a tavern to which you do not wish to go. You were warned.
